Inspection > Voyages and Parcels
A voyage is a collection of parcels that represent the information for related cargo movements. A parcel is assigned a trip number which is used to group parcels together within the voyage. A voyage may have one or more parcels and one or more trips. Additionally, a parcel in a voyage may or may not be nominated for inspection. You can also reconcile the losses or gains for the voyage by matching the parcels to show the sequence of the cargo movement.
Voyages List
You can search for voyages using search parameters such as the voyage ID, trip number, and transport name. You can also filter voyages to show trips that have losses or gains outside of the specified threshold by using the Voyage Loss filter. In the Voyages list, the dots indicate whether the voyage has losses or gains within or outside the specified threshold. Hover your mouse over the dot to view the tool tip. The
indicates the voyage parcels were automatically matched by the system for voyage reconciliation.
