Create a Voyage

Inspection > Voyages and Parcels > Create a Voyage

The main purpose of a voyage is to organize trips and parcels in the system so that information about a voyage can be filed together and voyage reconciliation can be performed. Each row in the Voyage Create page represents one parcel in the voyage.

To create a voyage

1.	Select Trips>Voyages.

The Voyages list appears.

2.	Select Actions>Create Voyage or .

3.	In the Voyage Create page is displayed.

4.	Fill in the fields.

In the software, the required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Since each company can have its own required fields, please look for the asterisk (*) for the required fields. You can look up more information on the fields in Voyage Parcel Fields.

5.	Add new parcels to your voyage by inserting new rows or copying rows. Fill in the fields in the new rows.

6.	Delete parcels from your voyage by removing rows.

7.	Click Save.
