Issue an ICW Nomination

Inspection > Nominations > Issue an ICW Nomination

Once an inspector submits an inspector created worksheet (ICW), you can approve the worksheet then edit and issue the nomination.

Once the nomination is issued, it becomes a regular nomination, as if it was created by an operator. The operator needs to approve the ICW then issue the ICW nomination so the inspection company can invoice for the work. For more information, see Inspection Worksheets.

To issue an ICW nomination

1.	Ensure that you have approved the ICW.

2.	Select Trips>Nominations.

3.	Open the ICW nomination waiting to be issued.

4.	Select Actions>Complete Nomination.

5.	From here, you can create a nomination as normal.

Once you finish creating the nomination, an email is sent to the inspection company.
