Inspection > Nominations > Send a Nomination

When a nomination is complete an email is automatically sent to the nominated inspection companies. This email has the nomination information as well as a PDF with the information. In the nomination, inspectors can only see the parcels to which they are assigned.

The Hub Coordinator at the inspection company can then look up the nomination in Navarik Inspection and accept or decline it. Once a nomination is sent and accepted, the time logs and inspection worksheets are created for the parcels and an email is sent to you notifying you of the inspector's acceptance.

When you create a nomination, you can save and issue it immediately. You can also save the nomination as a draft.

To send a nomination

In the nomination, click Save and Issue or save and issue.

An email is sent to each inspection company listed under Nominate Inspector for each parcel.
