Inspection > Nomination Revisions
Nominations revisions affect the nomination, parcels, inspection worksheets, and invoices in different ways. Some changes affect inspectors while others have no impact on the inspection company.
See the following topics for the types of revisions you can make more information on revision types:
Critical and Non-Critical Changes
There are two types of revisions:
| ▪ | Critical revisions affect the inspection company. If the inspection company accepted the nomination and you revise that nomination, the inspection company needs to accept or decline the nomination again. |
Critical revisions are considered a major revision. An email is sent to the inspection company and the nomination revision is numbered with a whole number (such as from version 1.0 to version 2.0). For more information on viewing record versions, see View Record Versions.
| ▪ | Non-critical revisions: Revisions that do not affect the inspection company. This company does not need to accept or decline the nomination again and no email is automatically sent. An internal cost allocation change is one type of non-critical revision. |
