Nomination Changes

You can make the following changes to nominations.

Trip Number and Operator

When you change the Trip Number or Operator in a nomination, the following occurs:

▪	The change is considered a critical revision. A new revision of the nomination is created and the version number is incremented to the next whole number.

▪	All inspection companies in the nomination are automatically notified via email and are required to accept or decline the nomination revision.

▪	The inspection worksheet is not affected and is associated with the new nomination revision.

▪	The time log is not affected and is associated with the new nomination revision.

Rescind a Nomination

You can rescind a nomination to cancel the work for all the inspection companies.
