Inspection > Inspection Worksheets > Unlock a Submitted ICW
Once the inspector submits inspector created worksheet (ICW) results, the worksheet is locked and the inspector cannot make changes. As the operator, if the inspector must edit the ICW, you can unlock the submitted worksheet. You cannot unlock it if you have issued a nomination for the ICW.
The ICW status is set back to ICW Draft and the approval status is set to Pending Approval. The inspector can edit the worksheet, then resubmit it.

Unlocking a worksheet only applies to an ICW and does not apply to a nomination created worksheet.

To unlock a submitted ICW
| 1. | Select Trips>Inspection Worksheets. |
| 2. | Find the ICWs you want to unlock by filtering the Approved Status by Pending Approval or Approved. |
| 3. | Open the ICW you want to unlock. |
| 4. | Select Actions>Unlock Worksheet. |
| 5. | To confirm, click Unlock again. |
