Third Party Company Fields

These fields are available for third party companies, in alphabetical order.

In the software, the required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Since each company can have its own required fields, please look for the asterisk (*) for the required fields.

▪	Favourite: A check box to add the company to your favorites list.

▪	Preferred: When more than one item is added, this check box to indicate that this is the preferred item.

▪	Plus Sign: Click the plus sign to add another row.

▪	Minus Sign: Click the minus sign to remove the row.

▪	Company: The name of the company.

▪	Office Name: The name of the office for the company.

▪	Description: A description for the company.

▪	Address Type: The type of address for the company.

▪	Street: The full street address or the company.

▪	City: The city for the company.

▪	State/Province: The state or province for the company.

▪	Zip/Postal Code: The zip or postal code for the company.

▪	Country: The country for the company.

▪	Phone Type: The type of phone number.

▪	Phone Number: The phone number.

▪	Email Type: The type of email address.

▪	Email Address: The email address.

▪	URL Type: The type of website.

▪	URL: The website address.
