To use Navarik Inspection, your browser and system must meet these requirements.

Navarik supports the following web browsers:

▪	Microsoft® Internet Explorer® versions 8

▪	Mozilla® Firefox® up to version 13.0

You need a minimum screen resolution of 1280x800.

Minimum Internet Options for use in Internet Explorer 8

The following must be allowed in your Internet Explorer settings for Navarik Inspection to work properly. If you are having problems using Navarik Inspection, please review these requirements before contacting Support.

1.	In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings.

2.	In the Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog box, add navarik.net and *.navarik.net as allowed sites.

3.	Click Close.

1.	In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Security.

2.	Under Select a zone to view or change security settings, select Trusted Sites.

The following options should be set by default, except for the Automatic Prompt for File Downloads. You need to manually change this option after you set navarik.net as a trusted site. If you are having issues, check the options as follows.

3.	Set the following:

Active X Controls and Plug-ins	Setting
Download signed ActiveX Allowing ActiveX controls and plug-ins to be installed allows you use the Adobe PDF Reader and the Adobe Shockwave Flash Object.	Prompt or Enable
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins	Enable
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting	Enable
Downloads	Setting
Automatic Prompting for File Downloads You need to set this option manually after you make navarik.com a trusted site.	Enable
File Download	Enable

4.	Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box.

5.	Under Select a zone to view or change security settings, click Sites.

6.	Add navarik.net and *.navarik.net.

7.	Click Close.

1.In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Intermet Options>Privacy.

2.Click Sites.

3.In the address of Website box, type navarik.nes and click Allow.

4.Click Ok.

1.	In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs.

2.	Click Manage Add-Ons.

3.	In the Show drop-down list, select Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer.

4.	For Shockwave Flash Object, select Enable.

5.	In the Show drop-down list, select Add-ons that run without requiring permission.

6.	For Adobe PDF Reader, select Enable.

Click OK.

1.	In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.

2.	Select the check boxes next to the following settings:

HTTP 1.1 settings

Use HTTP 1.1

Use HTTP 1.1 Though Proxy Connections

International

Send IDN Server Names

Send UTF-8 URLs

Show Information Bar for Encoded Addresses

Multimedia

Play Animations in Webpages

Show Pictures

Security

Check for publisher’s certificate revocation

Check for signatures on downloaded programs

Enable Integrated Windows Authentication

Enable native XMLHTTP support

Use SSL 3.0

Use TLS 1.0

Warn if POST submittal is redirected to a zone that does not permit posts

Click OK.
