Inspection > Logging On
As the designated contact person for the new system, you will receive an email message with your System Administrator account details. This email has a subject line: "Navarik Inspection: New User Account in Navarik Inspection". The email contains a link to access the new system.
If you do not receive an email and you are a new Navarik Inspection user, please contact Navarik Support at 1-778-327-4600 for assistance.

Before contacting Support, please check that the email message is not in your Spam or Junk Mail box.

To log on to the new system for the first time
| 1. | You have an email message from Navarik with instructions for accessing the new system. |
| 2. | Click the link in the Navarik Inspection email. |
| 3. | If this is the first time you are logging on, you are directed to the Navarik Inspection website and immediately prompted to change your password. |
| 4. | Create new password. It must be at least 8 characters, contain at least one letter, number and a special character (!@<? etc). |
| 5. | Click the Submit button |
To log on to the new system with an existing user name and password.
| 1. | You have an email message from Navarik with instructions for accessing the new system. |
| 2. | Click the link in the Navarik Inspection email. |
| 3. | Enter your user name and password you use. |
