Inspection > Basics > Use the Document Library

As a system administrator user, you can manage files in the Document Library. The document library displays all the files that have been uploaded to records in Navarik Inspection and allows you to upload files. You can also  modify or delete existing files. If you change or delete a file that is linked to a record, the record is updated.

This feature is only available for the system administrator. All other users can still access uploaded documents either through the record or using the document drop-down list in the top, right-hand corner.

To open the Document Library

In the top, right-hand corner, click document and select Manage Document Library.

To upload a file in the Document Library

1.Under Add New Document, click Browse to select the document.
2.Type the Display Name and Description.
3.To make the file private to your company, under Viewing select Private.
4.Click Upload.

To reorder files in the library

In the document list, click domino and move the file to reorder it.
