Unit of Measure Fields

The following fields are used in a unit of measure record:

▪	Unit of Measure: The name of the unit of measure.

▪	Abbreviation: The abbreviation for the unit of measure.

▪	Category: Select Parcel Quantity to indicate this unit of measure is only for a parcel. Otherwise, leave the check box cleared.

▪	Status: Indicates if the unit of measure is active or no longer in use.

▪	Type: Indicates the type of unit of measure, such as distance or speed.

▪	Code: The code for the unit of measure.

▪	Is Metric: Indicates if the unit of measure is a metric unit.
