These fields are available for offices and people, in alphabetical order.  

In the software, the required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Since each company can have its own required fields, please look for the asterisk (*) for the required fields.

Address: The physical address for the office.
Description: A description for the office.
Email: The email address for the office.
Office Name: The name of the office.
Parent Office: The office that this office reports to.
Region: The region that the office belongs to.
Telephone: The telephone number for the office.
Web page: The URL for the web site of the office.

Address: The person's address.
Company: The company that the person belongs to. This field is automatically filled in, but is editable.
Department: The department that the person belongs to.
Email: The person's email address. If the person is a user in Navarik Inspection, email notifications are sent to the preferred email address, not the email address listed in the user profile.
First Name: The person's first name.
IM address: The person's instant messenger address.
Job Title: The person's job title.
Last Name: The person's last name.
Middle Initial: The person's middle initial.
Office: The office that the person belongs to. This field is automatically filled in, but is editable.
Telephone: The person's telephone number.
Title: The title for this person
Web page: The URL for the person's web site, if different than the company.
