Shipping locations are used in nominations and parcels to indicate where the load, discharge, or sample takes place. A shipping location may be a port or an inland facility.

A port can have any number of terminals and any number of berths in a terminal. An inland facility can have any number of terminals and a terminal can have any number of tanks.

Note that the location refers to the port or inland facility and not to the terminal at the location.
