Inspection > Catalogue > Company People Directory > System Owner Companies and Contacts > Create a User Account

Once a person is added to the company, you can create a user account for this person. Once you add the account, the user receives an email with information on how to log on to the system.    

While using Navarik Inspection, if you adjust your company record or any person or user records, it is reflect in any system you have access to.

1.Open the company record.
2.In the company record, select the office and then the person.

If the person does not yet have a user account, the button Create User Account is available. If the person does have an account, the button View User Account is available.

3.Click Create User Account.

The user account page appears.

4.Set the user login name and select the appropriate role.

5.Click Save.

The user account is created.
