Create a Test Method

Inspection > Catalogue > Slates, Quality Tests, and Test Methods > Create a Test Method

The test methods are used in quality tests to indicate which standard test the inspector should use for the testing. Once you create test methods, you can add them to quality tests.

To create a test method

1.	Select Catalogue>Test Method.

The Test Method list appears.

2.	Select Actions>Create or .

3.	Fill in the fields, including selecting the standard to use in the test method.

In the software, the required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Since each company can have its own required fields, please look for the asterisk (*) for the required fields. You can look up more information on the fields in Slates, Quality Tests, and Methods Fields.

4.	When you are finished adding the test method, click Save. If you want to create another test method, click Save and Create New.

The test method is created and set to Active by default.
