Inspection > Catalogue > Retest Reason > Create a Retest Reason
Use the following steps to create a retest reason.
To create a retest reason
| 1. | Select Catalogue>Retest Reason. |
The Retest Reasons list appears.
| 2. | Select Actions>Create or  . |
The new retest reason record is displayed.
| 3. | Fill in the fields. |
In the software, the required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Since each company can have its own required fields, please look for the asterisk (*) for the required fields. You can look up more information on the fields in Retest Reason Fields. |
| 4. | Click Save. |
